The Ilot Enterprise Design Membership is a premium design service for businesses, supporting the integration and enhancement of design across brands, products, and overall business through a systematic process.

Sanur - The design membership offers the following services.


Design area: UI design, UX planning, wireframe creation, service planning, interactive design implementation

Prototype creation area: Corporate IR and demo day prototype creation, data visualization and standardization, no-code & low-code MVP development

Brand experience development area: Brand guidelines, logos and symbols, brand experience design

Design system creation area: UI design systems, branding and graphic templates, component design, design system guidebook creation

Work and progress method

Work and progress method

Work format: It will be conducted primarily remotely. First meeting: It will take place via Google Meet or Zoom. Progress updates: They will be provided via regular emails. Work requests: You can make requests using Slack-based Huddles and Zoom. Basic review and revision requests are provided twice, and additional revisions may incur extra costs.

Service availability: You can use the service starting from 9 AM on the business day following the payment date. Suspension of work and deadline extension: You can request up to two times within a maximum of 15 days. Regular meetings: If you purchase a membership for more than 7 days, you will be offered 30-minute online meetings once a week. SaaS and paid license costs: The costs for SaaS and paid licenses for your design project are to be borne by you as mutually agreed upon by Ailott and the purchaser.

Delivery of work: Provided via Dropbox. Original files and rights transfer: Local files and original rights will be provided to the client. Post-management: Employee guidelines will be provided, and we support design service maintenance and recruitment agency.

Privacy Protection: We protect your personal information in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business failures.

Dispute resolution

1. We will resolve it through mutual agreement.

2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussion for more than 3 months, the Seoul Central District Court of the Republic of Korea will be designated as the competent court.

Payment related matters

Payment related matters

1. Payment Method: Steppay UI and Toss Payments require Steppay membership registration or Kakao login.

2. A confirmation email will be sent upon payment completion.

3. Payment Security: Processed securely using encryption technology.

4. Payment Inquiries: Handled through the iLot customer support team, and a detailed payment report will be provided upon request.
